During a basic inspection, the doors' sensors are tuned, opening and closing speeds are checked and adjusted when needed to comply with ANSI Standard 156.10, (The national consensus standard that defines and governs requirements for pedestrian automatic door systems). In addition, components, belts, gears and lubricants, pivots, glass and guide rails are also checked. We offer 3 convenient ways to protect your door systems.
An All Inclusive Fixed Price Plan covers all parts and labor to meet manufacturer's operating standards. Labor is 24/7/365 with no additional charge for after hours, overtime, or weekends. This plan includes annual or semi-annual planned maintenance and AAADM inspection to insure that your doors meet ANSI safety standards and allows you to fairly and accurately budget what your doors will cost each year.
A Basic Planned Maintenance Agreement provides you with standard planned maintenance service on your doors annually or semi-annually, as well as a documented assessment, including proposed repairs, if any, to meet ANSI safety standards. Any repairs or upgrades necessary will be pre-approved by you and performed on a time and materials basis at predetermined, discounted rates.
Time and Materials service is always an option. Our vans are stocked with commonly used parts and normal wear items, often precluding the need for a return visit. Our technicians are AAADM certified and ready to provide you with exceptional, high quality service. Prevenative maintenance items include on sliding doors: rollers, guides, tracks, pivots, motors, controls and sensors. For swinging doors: pivots, motors, controllers and sensors are some of the basic materials needed for winterize preparations. No matter the type of door maintenance program you choose, reports of AAADM compliance should always be maintained. We provide an inspection report every time we service your doors.
